# Refund Policy

**Before work starts.** If you change your mind before your first session, you get a full refund within 7 days of payment.

**Career Strategy.** After the session, the payment isn't refunded, because the work has been done.

**Career Support.** The minimum is 3 months. The current month isn't refunded. If you paid for 3 months upfront, I refund full months that haven't started yet.

**LinkedIn guide ($49).** It's a digital product. Once you have access, it isn't refunded.

**Missed sessions.** If you cancel less than 48 hours before a session or don't show up, the session is lost and isn't refunded. If something unexpected happens, let me know and I'll look at the options.

**How to request a refund.** Write to hello@katebesedina.com. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
