# Privacy Policy

**What I collect.** Your name, email, Telegram (if you share it) and your questionnaire answers: location, profession, goals, LinkedIn link and resume link. Payments are handled by Stripe; I don't see or store your card details.

**Why.** To prepare for and run our sessions, send you materials and keep in touch about our work. I don't sell your data and don't share it for marketing.

**Tools I use.** Calendly (booking), Stripe (payments), Google (Gmail, Drive) and Notion (notes and shared workspace), Vercel (website hosting). Each of them processes data under its own privacy policy.

**How long I keep it.** Client materials are kept for 12 months after our last session, then deleted. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

**Your rights.** You can ask me to see, correct or delete your personal data. Write to hello@katebesedina.com and I'll respond within 30 days.

**Cookies.** The site uses only the cookies needed to work and basic anonymous analytics.
